Every 1 BHK deep cleaning visit covers the following.
- Dusting of ceilings, corners and cobwebs in every room
- Fan, light fitting and switchboard wiping
- Window glass, grills, tracks and sliding door channels
- Wardrobe and cabinet cleaning, inside and out (if empty)
- Kitchen platform, tiles, sink and outside of the chimney
- Bathroom tiles, fittings, mirror and toilet descaling
- Balcony floor, railing and drain cleaning
- Machine scrubbing and mopping of all floors
Not part of this service
- Sofa, carpet and mattress shampooing (available as an add-on)
- Inside of the chimney filter and motor
- Wall washing or paint stain removal
How we do it

Walk-through
The team lead checks each room with you and notes any stains or areas you want extra care on.

Top to bottom dusting
We start at the ceiling and work down, so falling dust never lands on a surface we already cleaned.

Kitchen and bathroom
Grease and hard water scale are treated with the right cleaner for each surface, then rinsed and dried.

Floors last
Floors are scrubbed with a single-disc machine where possible and then mopped twice.

Final check
You walk through the home with the team lead and point out anything that needs a second pass.
Before we arrive
- Keep valuables and important papers locked away.
- Empty the wardrobes if you want them cleaned inside.
- Make sure water and power are available for the full visit.

Common questions
How long does a 1 BHK deep clean take?
Most 1 BHK homes take four to five hours with two cleaners. A very dusty or newly vacated flat can take a little longer.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
Someone should be there at the start for the walk-through and at the end for the final check. You can step out in between if you are comfortable.
Do you bring your own cleaning materials?
Yes. The team brings cleaners, cloths, brushes, a vacuum and a scrubbing machine. We only need water and a power point.
Are the cleaning products safe for children and pets?
We use diluted, surface-safe cleaners and rinse treated areas well. Keep pets in one room while we work and let floors dry before they walk on them.
Can you clean a furnished 1 BHK?
Yes. We clean around and under furniture we can move safely. Heavy items like beds and wardrobes are cleaned around rather than shifted.
What if I am not happy with a part of the job?
Tell the team lead during the final check. They will redo that area before leaving. If you notice something later the same day, call us.
Is sofa cleaning part of the package?
No. Sofa, carpet and mattress shampooing are add-ons because they need different machines and drying time. Ask for them when you book.
