How we do it

Plan the water
We ask you to save water for a few hours and stop the inflow before we start.

Drain and de-sludge
Remaining water is pumped out and sludge is removed by hand and pump.

Scrub and rinse
Walls and floor are scrubbed and rinsed with a high-pressure jet.

Disinfect and refill
The tank is disinfected, rinsed and refilled.
Before we arrive
- Store enough water for a few hours.
- Switch off the motor and close the inlet valve.
- Make sure the terrace or sump lid is accessible.

Every six months is a good routine. Tanks fed by borewell or tanker water may need it every three to four months.
Do you clean underground sumps?
Yes. Sumps are priced by capacity. Larger sumps take longer and need extra pumping.
Is the disinfectant safe?
Yes. We use a diluted disinfectant meant for water tanks and rinse the tank afterward.
Do you clean plastic and concrete tanks?
Yes. We clean plastic overhead tanks, concrete tanks and underground sumps.
How long will we be without water?
Usually one to two hours per tank. We tell you before starting so you can store water.
Do you clean large apartment tanks?
Yes. Large apartment tanks and sumps are quoted after a site check.
Will the water be clear right after cleaning?
Yes, once the tank is refilled and any disturbed sediment in the pipes is flushed out.
