We use your details only to give you a price, plan and carry out the job, send an invoice and follow up on the work. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounts and service follow-ups. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, unless we must keep them by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Pages load without asking for any personal details. If we add website analytics in future, it will only be used to understand which pages are useful, and this policy will be updated.
WhatsApp and phone calls
When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, your messages and call details are handled by WhatsApp and your phone provider under their own privacy policies. We read your messages only to reply to your inquiry and plan the job, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking.
