These terms apply to all services provided by NDD Cleaning Services.
Quotes
Prices on this website are starting prices. We confirm a fixed price for your job after seeing photos, a video or the site. If the work on the day is clearly different from what was shared, we will discuss any change with you before continuing.
Booking and changes
A booking is confirmed once we agree on the price and the slot. You can reschedule or cancel at no cost if you tell us at least 24 hours before the slot.
Access and supplies
Please make sure we have access to the space, running water and electricity for the full job. Delays caused by lack of access may mean the job has to be rescheduled.
Valuables
Please put away cash, jewellery, documents and other valuables before the team arrives.
Results
We clean carefully and to a high standard. Some stains, scale or marks that are very old or have damaged the surface may not come off fully. We will tell you if we expect this.
Concerns
If you are not happy with part of the work, tell the team lead during the final check so it can be redone. Concerns raised after the team leaves should reach us on the same day.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished. We share an invoice for every job.
