What is included
Every 4 BHK deep cleaning visit covers the following.
- Ceiling and high-area dusting with extension poles
- All fans, chandeliers (outer surface), lights and switchboards
- Windows, French doors, grills and sliding tracks
- Wardrobes, lofts, crockery units and cabinets (if empty)
- Kitchen and utility degreasing
- Up to four bathrooms descaled and sanitised
- Terraces or large balconies swept, scrubbed and drained
- Machine scrubbing and mopping of all floors

- Upholstery and carpet shampooing (add-on)
- Chandelier dismantling
- Outer facade glass

We look at photos or visit first so the team size and timing are right.

Zoning
The home is split into zones, and each cleaner owns a zone from ceiling to floor.

Wet areas
Bathrooms, kitchen and utility areas get dedicated time with descalers and degreasers.

Floors and terraces
Floors are scrubbed by machine; terraces are swept, scrubbed and rinsed toward the drains.

Final check
The team lead walks every zone with you before signing off.

Do you inspect a 4 BHK before quoting?
We usually quote from photos and a video call. For very large homes or unusual layouts we visit first at no charge.
How do you clean marble floors?
We use a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft pad. Acidic cleaners are never used on marble because they dull the surface.
Can you work around home staff or guests?
Yes. Tell us which rooms are in use and we will plan around them.
Do you clean a private terrace?
Yes. Terraces up to the size of a regular apartment terrace are included. Very large terraces are quoted separately.
Will the job take two days?
Most 4 BHK homes are finished in one long day with four cleaners. If the home is very dusty we may suggest two shorter visits.
Do you clean chandeliers?
We dust and wipe the outer surface of chandeliers that can be reached safely. Taking them apart is not part of the service.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Our team takes care with every item. If something is damaged by our work, tell the team lead before they leave and we will make it right.
