Before you move into a newly built house or flat, the construction residue has to come off every surface. Post construction cleaning is the heaviest type of cleaning we do, and we plan it with extra people and machines.
What is included
Every post construction cleaning visit covers the following.
- Cement and mortar splash removal from floors and tiles
- Grout haze cleaned from tiles
- Window frames, glass and tracks cleared of construction dust
- Sticker and protective film removal from fittings
- Kitchen and bathroom fittings cleaned and polished
- Staircase, balconies and utility areas
- Electrical boards and fittings dusted
- Multiple passes of floor scrubbing
Not part of this service
- Debris and rubble removal
- Repair of chipped tiles or scratches
- Acid wash of natural stone (not safe)
How we do it
- 1
Site visit
We see the site to judge how heavy the residue is and how many days are needed.
- 2
Dry removal
Loose dust and debris are swept and vacuumed first.
- 3
Cement and grout
Cement splashes are softened and scraped; grout haze is removed with a tile-safe cleaner.
- 4
Fittings and glass
Stickers, films and dust are removed from fittings, frames and glass.
- 5
Floor passes
Floors are scrubbed by machine more than once until the water runs clear.
Before we arrive
- Make sure all civil and electrical work is finished.
- Have the builder or contractor remove rubble and leftover material.
- Confirm water and power supply for the full job.

Common questions
Can you remove cement stains from tiles?
Yes. We soften cement with a suitable cleaner and lift it with scrapers. We test first so the tile glaze is not harmed.
Do you remove construction debris?
No. Rubble and leftover material should be cleared by your builder. We clean once the space is free of debris.
How many days does it take?
A new 2 or 3 BHK flat is usually one long day. Large houses can take two or three days.
Do you clean newly handed over flats from builders?
Yes. This is one of the most common jobs we do before families move in.
Will you use acid on my floor?
Never on marble, granite or natural stone. On some ceramic tiles a mild, diluted cleaner may be used after a spot test.
Is a site visit required?
For most post construction jobs, yes. It helps us give an accurate price and bring the right team.
Can you clean before the interiors are done?
You can, but interior work creates fresh dust. Most owners do a post construction clean now and a post interior clean later.
