How does booking a cleaning with NDD Cleaning Services work?
Send your area, the service and a few photos by call or WhatsApp. NDD Cleaning Services confirms a fixed price and a slot, usually within two to four days. The team brings all tools, and you pay after the job is done and checked with the team lead.

How do I book a cleaning?
Call or WhatsApp us with your area, the service you need and a few photos. We confirm the price and a slot, and you are booked.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four days is usually enough. Weekends and the days before festivals fill up faster.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Let us know at least 24 hours before the slot and we will move or cancel it at no charge.
Price and payment
How is the price decided?
By the size of the space, its condition and the service. We confirm a fixed price after seeing photos or a short video.
When do I pay?
After the job is done and you have checked the work with our team lead.
Are there any extra charges?
No hidden charges. If you ask for extra work on the day, we tell you the cost before starting it.
On the day
What do you need from me?
Running water, a power point, and someone at home for the start and the end of the job.
Are your cleaning products safe?
We use surface-safe, diluted cleaners and rinse treated areas. Keep children and pets away from wet floors until they dry.
Do your staff carry ID?
Yes. Every team member carries ID and follows your building's visitor rules.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell the team lead during the final walk-through and it will be cleaned again before the team leaves.
